Hello, I'm Damian.
Welcome to Freedom 365, where our mission is as much about advancing healthcare and public advocacy as it is about creating an inclusive world through the social model of disability. My career has been shaped by the belief that we must adjust our society to truly include everyone in our communities—a guiding principle that drives everything we do here.
From my pivotal involvement in the Social Services and Well-being Act (2014) and the Regulation and Standards Act (2016), to my work developing advanced screen-reading technology inspired by my personal battle with dyslexia, my path has always focused on breaking down barriers and promoting inclusivity.
As a leader within Social Care Wales and the RSA, I am deeply committed to the principles of Integrity, Accountability, and Leadership. My dedication extends beyond legislative reform to include embedding ethical governance and co-production at the heart of public service. At Freedom 365, we convert insights into impactful actions, ensuring that our solutions are designed with and for the community.
